You ask for one example where a supply sider proposed a tax cut to increase aggregate demand. That was the entire argument used by President George W. Bush in favor of his 2001 round of tax cuts -- "It's your money. If there's more money in people's pockets they will spend more." He did NOT say they will save more or invest more -- he said they would spend more.
