That's your "proof"?

That's like saying that we know that the USG is financing insurgents
somewhere because the American Red Cross is there. Maybe the USG is,
maybe it isn't. But no-one would take seriously the claim that the
fact that the American Red Cross is there constitutes evidence of a US
government role in financing violence.
