Sheryl Crow's "Everyday is a winding road" included a reference to "intellectualism" without referring to anti-intellectualism. The reference was not completely positive. Since I know you have trouble getting through long posts , here are the opening lines: >I used to ride with a vending machine repair man. >He says he's been down this road more than twice. >He was high on intellectualism. >I've never been there but the brochure looks nice. The entire lyric can be found at: http://www.lyricsfreak.com/s/sheryl+crow/everyday+is+a+winding+road_20124151.html Or a ton of places Yeah, I like Sheryl Crow. I enjoy her music and often find her a clever and creative lyricist. Anyone who hates her or finds her too bland : you are not going to change my mind. > > Wikipedia is really bad on the word "intellectualism." > > Carrol > > P.S.
