I hate to defend myself against a troll like Cox but the article was not
written for "Science and Society". It was written to a general audience,
making them aware of Carnival Cruise's record. I use a term like
"corporate greed" because many people are not ready for a discourse out
of the Grundrisse. I hate to waste bandwidth on such an obvious point
since it amounts to feeding the troll, but that's about all I'll have to
say on the matter.

The funny thing is that I understand that failing health has made it
impossible for Cox to write substantive posts and that he seems only
capable of writing the same thing over and over again.

But the truth is he was the same when I ran into him 20 years ago on the
original Marxism list, nasty fellow that he was. When he and his wife
dropped in on me not long after that, I treated them to dinner at an
Italian restaurant. I should demand my money back.
