maybe, but it's also possible that the NATION puts a firewall between the
editorial pages and the news pages, the way that the Wall Street JOURNAL
used to. Their book reviews can be even better than their investigative
reporting. Or maybe the NATION's less-of-two-evils stuff is the result of
pained "strategery" rather than being reflexive. That is, the editorial
board may be "of two minds" on this issue.
