Are the mega-cities a burden on a country? I think that I would be uncomfortable living and working in one, although I met one person that enjoyed living in NYC because of the entertainment. I have read that Medicare reimburses medical procedures at a higher rate in the more expensive areas of the country and the bank bailout seemed to benefit NYC banks more than any other part of the country. -- Ron
