My apologies to everyone here. I wrongly posted a link to sample chapter of a book I'm working on. I had it as published by "URPE Press," an entity that does *not* exist. URPE as an organization has not been involved in any stage of this process.
I regret having posted the link and the document this way. There was no ill intention. It was tongue in cheek, originally --- meant it as a suggestion (to myself, inter alia) of the kind of activities that URPE could undertake, and I was planning to use it as an illustration of this in future discussions within URPE. Usually, URPE gets things done as individuals take the initiative and make them happen. *Obviously* this was the *wrong* way of proceeding, as gradually the document became more widely distributed. I got carried away. Any and all references to URPE have been removed from that document. I should have known better. Again, apologies. URPE, the SC, etc. should be held harmless for my mistake.
