A newish version of the "lesser of two evils" approach. At least he
[Obama] is better than Ted Cruz. Anyone can look good if you compare
him or her to the worst possible. But remember that Ted Cruz can be
the lesser of two evils, since he's better than Bane, the bad guy from
"the Dark Knight Rises." And Bane is the lesser of two evils compared
to Satan.

But what if supporting the lesser of two evils is helping the greater
of two evils? By legitimating the Bush/Obama administrations'
violation of 4th amendment rights (under the US constitution), that
gives more tools to President Cruz.

And should we trust the lesser of two evils? after all, Obama has
assassinated US citizens without any kind of due process.
