Except for one tiny difference--Those coups against them were motivated by the fact that Chavez and Zelaya had been elected by and retained the support of big popular majorities. The destitution of Morsi, who had been elected as lesser-evil under the most dubious of elections with a tiny plurality, was motivated by the fact that a huge popular majority was in the streets demanding his ouster.
