I can't see how your approach is different from "conventional" Marxism, 
which is hard to get agreement on in the first place. 

What is meant by "Power" and how can it be measured? 

It seems obvious to me that capital has the power to accumulate surplus 
value, but is there something in addition? 

Does capital have an agenda beyond that of growing? Do the 
representatives of capital have consistent ideas for furthering 
their interests?
