On the contrary: there is no "global left" opposition to speak of, as far as I am aware, to the U.S.-Russia agreement, which is a form of interference. The agreement demands that the government of Syria take particular actions to liquidate its chemical weapons program, on pain of international punishment for noncompliance. Some people are mad because they couldn't get their bombing on. That's all.
