Well, if my guy's numbers are roughly correct, waiting a year for the price
to drop 10% is about a wash, because every year the thing is installed it
saves 10% of the purchase price through lower utility bills.

Plus, my guy is going to give me a bulk discount if I recruit my neighbors,
which I will.
