You should read this focus group report: ^^^^^^^^ CB: I'd say the height of their national influence was 2010 elections when they took the House of Represenatives. They went down from there in 2012 , because Obama won in 2012 their main target has always been Obama , including in 2010; they made him their target even though he was running and won on it. Now they just lost a big one in the shutdown/debt ceiling fight. The major media is covering that up. It's like not reporting on Gettysburg in the weeks following the battle.
