Summers gets it that the economy hasn't recovered, that it isn't recovering, 
and hints that it may not recover.

But he's not open -- at least in this talk -- to veer from monetary and fiscal 
policy as the tools to fix all that, which is to say he's really learned 
nothing.

Someday perhaps Summers will move further into a reality based analysis.
