There is another more ominous consequence of dense and that is prolonged
contact with people who are sick with colds and flues. Basically
international
travel is just disease pen.

This points to a possible lawsut for health and safety standards that should
include more room, more food, and better design.

The last time I flew I got a monster flue and ended up in the hospital. The
same thing happened to my former boss who really had a bad time that took
weeks to recover.

It's the same general consequence that cramming domestic chickens and ducks
into pens creates the environment for disease.

Well, if we had regulated air travel it would be simple enough to impose
health and safety as well as reasonable comfort standards and be done with
the nightmare of air travel on long distant flights.
