It is so weird to see all this hysterical talk about a new Cold War with zero analysis of the socio-economic realities. The Cold War had as its goal opening up the "Communist" world to capitalism. Nowadays you would think that Vladimir Putin is under siege because he is the first line of defense against imperialist penetration of Russia. Really?
