Why not, as long as they're snookered into borrowing money to pay for it? Of course the question of 'quality' is orthogonal to that of 'investment'. We invest a good deal at the moment and get back a very poor class of product. But even if the quality were better, is a prole more of a threat to the elites because he knows Greek?
