That's assuminng the stockholding class has mental faculties. 50% of the 
Exxon-Mobil's stock is held by institutions with 0.16% held by insiders. The 
insiders make the decisions and only have to get institutional approval leaving 
the stockholders with less than optimal return on their investment.
