That's a poor comparison, though, since this isn't the mere substitution of
one term for another, but the conflation of a bunch of things under one
new, broader term. It's like if we replaced "illegal immigrant" with
"undocumented worker," but also made permanent residents, guest worker and
student visa holders, etc. "undocumented workers."
