BTW I wrote my article before Harvey wrote his, and he had read my articles,
before he wrote his. Difference between us is, that in 1985-1988 I looked
pretty carefully at the theoretical assumptions of statistical measures of
profitability. Harvey admits that (like most Marxists) he understands almost
nothing about profit accounting. But Roberts is just the same.
