You repost cowards calling themselves "Anonymous"--who somehow
managed not to reprint the Siné cartoon (in order that the readers
be unable to determine for themselves whether or not Siné was
resorting to antisemitic imagery to insult a young man who had just
gotten married) that was held to violate the magazine's editorial
standards, for which the cartoonist was dismissed and sued for
breach of contract, the magazine was fined, and its then-editor
dumped and replaced by a veteran staff cartoonist who just happened
to be a communist who was to be buried to the singing of the
Internationale. And idiotically those cowards denigrate as a
"violation of free speech" the grounds for an editorial decision
while remaining very...discreet about the ongoing Islamist (but
also, though in "moderate" words, Papist) denigration of the most
fundamental civil right, the right that must be defended
unconditionally against suppression in any form by state or
religious authorities and the mobs or assassins inspired by their
propaganda.
