Is there any difference between stating this and TINA? Given the unlikelihood that a nation like Greece with a population just a bit larger than NYC and a GDP just a bit more than Volkswagen's revenues can "build socialism", what exactly does a Maoist like Cox and a Stalinist like Charles Andrews propose? --------- "Marxists have no crystal ball." (And labels do not constitute an argument.) Both Keynes & Mao lived in a rather different world than the world we inhabit now. If solutions exist, they will emerge from collective thought within collective struggles. Probably the most promising current spark is to be found in Black Lives Matter. The present discussion is purely academic, not political.
