I think that what will ultimately happen is that there will be two (or maybe more) "tiers" of educational achievement --- the MOOC oriented "universities" will quickly find ALL of their graduates devalued on the job market and the elite will once again emerge as elite.
The interesting question will be whether "intermediate" schools who attempt to retain the "old fashioned" model of college instruction will end up with higher "ratings" by the hiring institutions than the MOOC oriented schools --even if they have big names like ASU attached to them.
