Thank you. My book, The Confiscation of American Prosperity, from Right Wing Extremism and Economic Ideology to the Next Great Depression saw it coming, but the publisher did not follow through with a promise for extensive promotion (none occurred) and then put on a high price and a stupid cover that had nothing to do with anything. One review compared it favorably with Krugman’s latest book at the time.
