There's a substantial group of Members of the House of both parties who have voted to cut all the CIA stuff off completely. So, I figure, if we pick a couple of poster children whose behavior is particularly egregious from the point of view of Members of Congress, many of whom have a lot of sympathy for the Kurds, not to mention irritation that CIA-backed groups are attacking Pentagon-backed groups, and probably not a lot of sympathy for the Turkish government right now as it pursues a scorched-earth policy against Kurds in Turkey, we might have a fighting chance.
