... and cleaned the lean, fastidious Yankees' clock to a fare-thee-well. I'm a Massachusetts native but longtime New Yorker and, while not a baseball fan myself, am married to a fervid Yankees' supporter, so I suppose I should net out in favor of NYC. But it's nice to see Boston get national renown for something other than that gargantuan boondoggle the Big Dig.
