Engaged yes, but questions of policy are pretty light.  Iraq is a major issue, but the
question is whether Kerry or Bush would be more "effective."  A real discussion of Iraq
would have to include Israel -- something more than "I am with Sharon."

Other issues are mentioned, not discussed -- health care, jobs.  Either "I have a 
plan" or
"My reforms are working or the Congress needs to enact more."

Other issues are not even mentioned very much -- the environment, regulations of all 
kinds.

Finally, any discussion of the economy is super-superficial.
