"Devine, James"

IMHO, the movie's main message is based on the assertion that "since we
really don't understand quantum mechanics, new age religion must be okay."
Then they throw in a lot of valid ideas such as that habits have a
biochemical basis. To liven it up, there put in gee-whiz graphics and
(thankfully) a little plot about Marlee Matlin's character having a nervous
breakdown. At the end, she shifts her mental gears and attains true
happiness. This, I guess, is what allows her to sleep overnight on a
downtown city bench and never gets robbed or even hassled.

CB: I saw the movie. The commentators in the movie in no uncertain terms (
no pun), consciously argue that QM supports subjective idealism, and refutes
the existence of objective reality
