here's a tip:
if you need to change anything to do with your list presence, send email
to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the line "help" (all by itself,
without the quotes) in the *body* of your message.
you will receive a response that will give you further pointers.
for instance, it will tell you that, to unsubscribe you should send a
message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the line (in the message body):
signoff pen-l
to switch to digest format, i believe the right line is:
set pen-l digest
