no, the second picture was just sad (alligator, seemingly, eating humans).
the first picture shows that one of the dire problems in NO is runaway
horses. clearly, the dude running behind them has no control over it.
here's where mike brown can step in and take control. if FEMA had a head
who knew only of disaster recovery and had no clue about horses, what
would the country do in the circumstance depicted in the pic? we would
all be at the mercy of those horses. and don't tell me its no big deal.
