New Publications for the Hong Kong WTO Process Kevin P. Gallagher and Timothy A. Wise, from GDAE's Globalization and Sustainable Development Program, will be attending the WTO meetings in Hong Kong December 13-18 to present the institute's research on the social, economic, and environmental impacts of trade liberalization.
