Sounds like an interesting book to review for the zine (if anyone
wants to, let me know), but I wouldn't be a good judge of the main
part of the book, for I've never worked for Toyota.  I'll look up an
article by the same author on the same topic that appeared in
Multinational Monitor in 2000.
