I am working on access to information in Southern Africa. Angola specifically speaks of "information/ documents held by public authorities/ bodies". Just for my own enlightenment, benefiting from the experience/ geographic spread of members on this list, where in the spectrum of public-private do different countries place organisations such as law societies, medical societies etc and information contained in the documentation of their affiliation events/ discussions/ AGMs etc?
