As in the Chinese proverb, change is opportunity.  The big trading firms
(sell side) profit from trading opportunities. Institutional investors
(buy side) are challenged by it.

The article claims that Wall Street hates uncertainty.  I am not sure
that I believe that claim.  I'm sure that many investors appreciate
security and all investors love growing prosperity, but don't
aggressive traders enjoy taking advantage of times when the market is
whipsawing around?
