That is why the title of the book includes 2001.  It's an American
obsession to say September 11, as if it is would stand for only one event.
American culture has little interest in history.

I myself have no interest in numerology.

My rejection of numerology was simply a metaphorical way of saying
that I don't put much weight at all on such coincidences as the
Allende coup being on the same date as the US 911. Nor should we.
