A few days ago I saw an article -- possibly in the Wall Street Journal, but I can't find it there -- in which some business type said that he or she took global warming seriously. The best approach would be to strengthen intellectual property rights so that companies would have an incentive to develop technology to help newly developing economies. Did anybody else run into this piece of balderdash?
