with internal ideological differences, and dissent regarding policy...
Unlike the current U.S. administration.
The formation of a new foreign relations panel may also indicate
dissatisfaction with the foreign policy performance of President
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Khamenei named as the panel's chairman Kamal
Kharrazi, the man Ahmadinejad removed as foreign minister after taking
office last year.

So, is it time for regime change at home by creating an agency like the
newly-minted Office of Iran Affairs

criteria? An office of American Affairs to foement  democracy in America
