But Nash is a scientist - Sweezy & Galbraith were political figures.

If you can make movies about Che and Castro, surely it's not politics
that's a problem.  It's real or perceived lack of "action" that is an
obstacle.  There wasn't much action in John Nash's life either, but
he was, fortunately for his movie producer, mentally ill, mental
illnesses being a mark of "tragic genius" in art and pop psychology
(cf. Susan Sontag, Illness as Metaphor).

Sweezy and Galbraith stayed sane, so that would be a challenge for
cineasts who may take interest in their lives.

Luckily, however, both Sweezy and Galbraith were good-looking, which
can help.

Max von Sydow would have been a great choice for Galbraith, but he's
too old.  Maybe Liam Neeson?

I'd vote for Jude Law for Paul Sweezy.
