maybe this war involves an Israeli effort to get Hizbollah to use up
its missiles, which would stop the missiles flying for awhile...
(Further, the missiles don't seem very effective except at raising
Israeli public support for the govt.)

Clearly they don't "want" to, but if they can't stop missiles from hitting
Israeli cities, they may ultimately "have" to. Unless they're prepared to
use nuclear weapons.
