I sympathize with knownot's prose because I so often do the same thing -- but really, one ought not to treat the sentence as the young man from Japan treated the last lines of limericks:
There was a young man from Japan Whose limericks never would scan When told it was so He replied yes I know But I always try to get as many words into the last line as ever I possibly can. :-) Carrol
