In David Gordon's essay in the 1994 collection Competition, Technology,
and Money edited by Mark Glick, he cites something (not sure if it was
meant to be a book or just a working paper) by himself as 'forthcoming'
called "Power and the Macroeconomy: Comparing Social Structuralist Macro
Models with Mainstream and Heterodox Counterparts"

I know he passed away soon afterwards, and couldn't find anything about
this on google. Has this book/ working paper ever been released and where
can I find it?
