Is just plain wrong. 757s don't take off from bush league
airstrips, and
an air traffic contoll
The Scholars for 911 Truth website ( http://
www.scholarsfor911truth.org/index.html ) has no mention of this "pod"
contention, nor does it have any mention at all of the JFK
assassination theory mentioned later in the story. I believe the
inclusion of these items in the story is an unconscious,
unprofessional sophomoronic poisoning of the well or setting up of a
straw issue by the author to discredit the professor and his concerns
and to, perhaps, lubricate the story's approval by the editor. (I did
the same, myself, as a young reporter trying to feel like an
important adult.)
The Scholars site does have engineering articles and videos on the
controlled demolition of the buildings, especially Building Seven.
Not quite unreasonable.
I posted the article because (1) there are outspoken professors on
this list who might be interested and (2) because of the obvious
distortions of this professor's stance by the author. I favor the
first and detest the second.
