Little Miss Sunshine is as excellent a comedy on the trappings of
"success," family life, "mid-America" subculture, etc. as U.S.
movie-makers can make on this day and age. It's way above average the
movie landscape. I enjoyed the whole film -- in part because it was
the first movie I've seen in over a year. I admit it, a movie review
reveals more about an author's sensibilities than about the movie
itself. On the other hand, a quality of a work of art is this
multiplicity of meanings.
