It looks this morning like that the Paulson and Bernanke team has failed to
hold up the markets until after the mid term election. They are falling
short by two weeks despite the all-out help by the cheer-leading financial
media. The weak internals appear to suggesst the fantasy rally cannot hold
for another two weeks. The Plung Prevention Team (PPT) may have to step in
before November 7. Failing that, a sharp fall is almost certain. The crash
will continue through the rest of 2006 and extend into 2007, particularly if
the Republicans lose the House and, God
forbid, if they lose also the Senate.

It's going to be a cold Christmas.
