Doyle;
I think this right. I think the point Doug is making is to be
realistic and assess things that one can know well. The process of
connecting things by which a movement is founded is the key connection
between people. I understand how Charles or others feel disarmed by
not at least bringing up things that to them are plausible. The
Reichstag fire that envelops all in its accusations and falsity. What
bears out Doug is when a movement is truly growing and powerful the
truth emerges as part of a positive process which the many layers of a
movement generate. When we as we are now poorly organized then the
choice is pragmatically to know what best we can and build from that as
realistically and soundly as possible so that others feel most sure of
our opinion in the light of horror in which we live.
thanks,
Doyle
