I don't know what their poverty line is, but it likely hasn't changed
much in recent years (and has likely fallen in real terms). The fact
that more & more people are below it is striking.
Yes, but that anyone is still making money at all there is surprising.
There's the oil industry, and there are government jobs. What else
is there?
