What's essential is that the abolition of capitalism implies a broadly democratic self-government of the people who work for a living. You can't get one without the other.
The time for a concrete discussion of alternatives is when we can try them out. There'll probably be a very broad spectrum of social experiments at the local level. We can cross that kind of bridge when we get to it. ML
