The same tactic was employed, with a twist, in the passage of the USA
PATRIOT ACT by dumping reams of minor changes to federal laws on
congress causing the staff of most legislators to be overwhelmed with
minutiae and unable to correctly prioritize the the changes, or
thouroughly analyze them.

Do they do this in some way to the economic community as well?
The 911 "truth" movement?

make-up and political leadership of his and other cities." ... IOW,
gentrify.... re-district... umnh... Drive the poor and people of color
from New Orleans and other cities across the U.S.

The Justice department firings scandal heats up with Alberto Gonzales'
position on the line and Karl Rove under fire. The transcripts of the
emails related to this travesty of jurisprudential ethics have been
released, and they aren't pretty.

Saddam Hussein's VP has been hanged for killing 148 Iraqis. A US
statement claims it's an Iraq judicial decision, not OUR problem, and
the Russians say it will make the situation worse.

Democratic leaders say there will be a 20 month frame of reference for
withdrawal from Iraq.
