It's best not to apply the g-word to any of them.

If anything, Iraq, once one of the most developed nations in the
Middle East, is on the way to becoming like Afghanistan.

CB: UN Conventions provide careful definitions. _United States'_ attack on
Iraq is a Crime Against Peace definitely, and may be a Crime Against
Humanity ,i.e. genocide.  This is more likely when the pre-attack blockade
is included in the charges. Good idea to use the "g-word" applying it to the
U.S.
