Nowadays, though, many Marxists who still insist on Marxist rhetoric
        have in effect embraced capitalist development as good in and of
        itself, as they have practically given up on any transition to a
        socialist future.  China and India are good examples of that change.

CB: This is not accurate with respect to China, is it ?  They say their
capitalist development is preparatory for building socialism in the future,
don't they ? It's one thing to say you don't believe them. It's another to
say they say they have given up on a socialist future.
